Why are the Mosquito Nets of Klamboe ® Collection of better quality and durability than almost all other Nets that are sold?
All our mosquito nets are fabricated from strong threads and are very finely woven.
The thickness of the thread is 75 denier. Almost all other mosquito nets on the market these days are fabricated from threads of 40 denier. Our Mosquito Nets are twice as strong.
The mesh fabric has 256 holes per inch2. All other Mosquito Nets on the market have a mesh fabric between 156 and 196 holes per inch2.
Mosquito Nets from Klamboe Collection ® are of better quality and very durable.
It is the only Travel Mosquito Net that has been fabricated with 40 denier threading. Therefore it is lighter (excellent for travelling). That's why this Mosquito Net is less expensive than the rest.
How long does my order take to arrive?
As soon as we have received your order we will send it the next business day by SkyNet Worlwide Express Service. Delivery takes from 1-2 working days in the Netherlands and Belgium. Other European customers will receive the goods within 2 to 4 business days. USA orders will take around 5-7 business days. For all other international customers this can take up to 7-9 business days. SkyNet Worlwide Express orders will be shipped immediately. You will get an e-mail confirming your payment and a tracking code to check the status of shipment.
What are the payment options?
You can pay with all major credit cards such as Delta, Visa, Mastercard and Swift via our secure online transaction page from WorldPay or PayPal. Both WorldPay and PayPal payment systems consist maximum levels of security and state of the art encryption.
How long does it take to deliver my parcel?
For USA & Canadian orders: Your order will be delivered in 5-7 business days
For Latin American and Caribbean orders : Your order will be delivered in 7 to 9 business days depending on your exact location in your country.
Depending on your excact location your your parcel will be delivered by 'GLS Worldwide Express Service' or 'POSTNL Priority Air Mail'
Can I also send a mosquito net as a gift to someone else?
Yes, this is possible. When you have reached the checkout page you can fill in your preferred shipping address.
Can I exchange a mosquito net?
Yes, you can exchange a mosquito net. You need to inform Klamboe Collection ® as soon as possible within the period of seven (7) days after you have received the product. Contact us or E-mail us at info@klamboe.com
In case you want to exchange the mosquito net because of possible damage return the products to us and we will send you another model (if the item is in stock). Delivery costs will be on your behalf.
In case you want to exchange the mosquito net for another color, all delivery costs will be on your behalf. Please contact Klamboe Collection ® before sending back the net(s). We will check shipping charges and inform you how to proceed further.

In case of extra shipping costs we will be subtract these from the refunded money.
Our advice to you is to add a delivery address were at least someone is present to receive the package. If there is nobody to accept the parcel the delivery person shall leave a note so that you can pick up the parcel at the local post office.
In case of a Worldwide Express Courier you can make another appointment for delivery.
Can I get a refund after I sent my mosquito net(s) back?
If you return your order within 7 days after receiving, it is possible to get your money refunded. For refunds, handling and shipping costs will be deducted. Handling costs are 5,50 Euro per order. For this, we would like to receive your preferable payment information by emailing us at info@klamboe.com.
Returns will only be accepted if the packaging of the product and the product itself are not damaged. The package must clearly state your name and the order ID. The address for returns is: L.O.F. bv,

The color of the Mosquito net I've ordered has not met my expectations, can I exchange or return the Mosquito net?
The mosquito net colors that are shown on the website are a very close match to the real product colors. Unfortunately we can not guarantee that this meets your wish or expectations.
Please consider the fact that the mosquito net colors on the website can appear somewhat different on various (uncalibrated) computer monitors.
What does Klamboe Collection ® do with my personal information?
Our Privacy Policy:
Your personal information will never be shared with outside parties except for the company that processes your information when handling your payment transaction.
WorldPay and PayPal are our payment partners who collect this information. The WorldPay and PayPal payment systems achieve optimum levels of security and state of the art encryption techniques so your privacy will be guaranteed.
Washing instructions
The MICRO POLYESTER mosquito net can be machine washed with a gentle cycle at 30 degrees Celsius / 85 degrees Fahrenheit .
The COTTON can only be carefully washed by hand in cold water. Hang up the mosquito to dry. Do not use a washing machine and no dryer!
The BAMBOO mosquito net can be washed by hand in lukewarm water or in a pillowcase in the machine at 20 degrees Celcius / 70 degrees Fahrenheit
Hang out to dry . Do not wring out. Do not put in dryer. No ironing
If I order a mosquito net will I get a confirmation about this?
Yes, you will get a confirmation e-mail of your transaction from WorldPay or PayPal and a shipping statement from L.O.F BV.
Is there a mosquito net available for countries where malaria exists?
Are your mosquito nets impregnated?
Our travel mosquito net is available impregnated with permethrin and without. All other mosquito nets from our collection are not impregnated and can protect yourself from all kinds of mosquitoes. Impregnated mosquito nets are being used frequently were malaria exists. The permithrin is used to kill the mosquitos when they get in contact the mosquito netting. According to the W.H.O. (World Health Organisation) permithrin is relatively safe for humans. After removing the impregnated mosquito net from the package the poison will work three to six months. Mosquito nets can be impregnated again. Please note that in some countries permithrin cannot be sold over the counter.
What material are the mosquito nets made of?
We produce mosquito nets made of micro-polyester, cotton and bamboo fiber.
All mosquito work perfectly and are the best protection against mosquitoes when you sleep.
The choice is also a question of taste. Only mosquito nets made from polyester can be used for impregnation. This is advisable in countries where malaria exist. In all other cases impregnation of the nets is not needed. Mosquito nets made from cotton or bamboo have special washing instructions. Please see the care instructions.
Are Cotton or Bamboo Mosquito Nets more comfortable to sleep than micro polyester models?
No, from experience this does not make any difference* and it is just a matter of taste.
Cotton mosquito nets do get more dust particles so we do not recommend these kind of nets for people who suffer from asthma and allergies.
